CMHA is looking to hire a part-time (20 hours) Therapist Assistant for our Multidimensional Family Therapy TAY CT TREE team. This position will be located at 255 Bank St. Waterbury, CT. Compensation Range: The starting salary for this position starts at $20.00 per hour. Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. Summary: Serve as a key member of the Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) treatment team, which will provide treatment for youth/young adults and parents with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders both in home, in office, and community settings.
