About the role
BHNA is seeking a Therapeutic Training & Support Worker (TT&S) to join our In-Home Therapy (IHT) program in the greater Springfield area.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, community-based services to children, adolescents, and transitional age youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families.
- Assist families in strengthening skills, promoting stability, and coordinating care across providers.
- Deliver therapeutic training and support services in the home, school, and community.
- Support youth and families in practicing skills learned in therapy sessions.
- Aid in care coordination by collaborating with therapists, schools, and community providers.
- Help families build connections to resources, services, and supports.
- Provide psychoeducation to caregivers on behavioral health diagnoses, coping skills, and family dynamics.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and treatment planning.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services-related field required.
- At least 1 year of human services experience required (2 years if Associate’s level).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of mental illness diagnoses, behavioral modification, and coping techniques.
- Experience providing parenting education and working with children and families required.
- Familiarity with child-serving systems and community resources.
- Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Strong written, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Qualifications

Pay
$22 - $24 per hour
