Therapeutic Counselor

Role Overview As a Therapeutic Counselor, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling using various therapeutic approaches to support individuals with mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering support services tailored to client needs. You will also participate in crisis intervention, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain confidentiality standards. Additionally, you'll engage in staff meetings, training sessions, and supervise activities for program participants to promote their growth and independence.
