Therapeutic Counselor

Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, offering individual and family therapy, facilitating groups, participating in treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, and collaborating with staff, families, and insurance providers on treatment progress. Additional duties encompass documenting service summaries, billing, ensuring timely completion of evaluation and discharge reports, and maintaining confidentiality and accreditation standards. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a human services field, possess a valid LCPC or LPC license, and have at least two years of experience. Skills Required Include Strong Communication, Assessment, And Support Skills. Physical demands involve medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
