About the role

Be Part of Something New. Make an Impact Where Students Need It Most. RFS Behavioral Health is excited to expand our school-based behavioral health services through our new partnership with Tri-Rivers Career Center in Marion, Ohio, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Therapeutic Behavioral Services Provider (TBSP) to help us support students at this location. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new partnership and help build a strong behavioral health presence within the school community. You’ll work directly with students, helping them navigate behavioral, emotional, social, and everyday life challenges that can impact their success in school and beyond.

Why This Role Matters: Sometimes a student doesn’t need someone to simply tell them what to do—they need someone who will listen, understand what’s happening beneath the behavior, help them work through challenges, and give them practical tools to move forward. As a TBSP, you’ll have the opportunity to become that consistent source of support. You’ll build relationships with students, reinforce coping and problem-solving skills, support treatment goals, and collaborate with families, school staff, therapists, and other members of the care team.

A New Partnership. A New Opportunity to Make Your Mark. Joining RFS at Tri-Rivers Career Center means becoming part of a new partnership from the beginning. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships within the school, support students in meaningful ways, and help establish a strong foundation for behavioral health services at Tri-Rivers. If you’re looking for a role where you can connect with students, advocate for their success, and see the impact of your work firsthand, we’d love to hear from you.
