Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex - Chicago

About the role

Foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBAC
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

    Requirements

    • Associate's degree or equivalent college credit (60 credits)
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Completion of 40-hour training in ASD and behavioral related subjects/evidence-based techniques
    • Experience working with children or clients with special needs required
    • Experience working with children with autism preferred
    • Active BACB certification preferred

            Pay

            $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

            Schedule & Location

            • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm
            • Location: 3319 N. Elston Ave., Chicago, IL (Free onsite parking available)
