Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior management/modification interventions, transitions, and academic support.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Individualized Action Plan (IAP) and individualized point sheet.
- Provide transportation for kids to and from school, appointments, visitations, and any other relevant events as needed for coverage.
Requirements
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in human service field preferred.
- QMHP eligibility is highly sought.
- Related experience working with youth in a school setting is a plus.
