This is a 100% remote, full-time Theme Park Travel Specialist position open to candidates in the United States. Responsibilities
- Support booking, reservation, itinerary, traveler-service, or travel-operations tasks within the Theme Park Travel Specialist role.
- Maintain accurate traveler, booking, schedule, supplier, and service records across approved systems and shared workflows.
- Research or verify travel options, availability, requirements, or service details and organize findings for clear decision-making.
- Communicate confirmations, changes, exceptions, and next steps professionally with travelers, customers, suppliers, or internal teams.
- Resolve routine travel-service issues using documented procedures and escalate complex changes while preserving a clear activity record.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Theme Park Travel Specialist work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote role.

Employment Details
