About the Role
Billingsley Travel Agency is seeking a Theme Park Travel Specialist to ensure dependable, traveler-fit planning across family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. The role focuses on specialized execution within family travel operations, surfacing incomplete information before it leads to downstream rework.
Responsibilities

- Track the workflow by documenting the reasoning behind important trip choices.
- Own the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
- Coordinate the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated needs.
- Review the workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.
Quality is demonstrated when traveler-fit planning is accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.

- Apply Family Travel Operations while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines tied to theme park travel execution.
- Document Theme Park Travel Specialist Workflow decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
