About the Role
Théa, a Mediterranean rooftop restaurant named by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the World’s Best New Hotel Restaurants, is rooted in the rhythm of the Mediterranean. The Dallas location will occupy a striking two‑story space in Knox Street’s new mixed‑use development, offering a health‑forward Mediterranean lunch experience in a flexible yet polished setting for quick weekday lunches and leisurely afternoons overlooking the Katy Trail.
