The Only Facial needs several Estheticians to join our on-site team in The Woodlands, TX. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Store Manager, with a base pay of $27+ per hour.

About the role

Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments in a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. You’ll perform client consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations—without aggressive sales quotas. Build long-term relationships with a steady, loyal clientele who value quality skincare and results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations
• Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Ability to connect immediately with others
• Passion for skincare and continued learning
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply—training provided

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

Pay

$27+ per hour (base) plus commission.
