The Wilde Resort & Spa seeks a dynamic and friendly Bell Attendant/Front Desk Agent to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing guest reservations and ensuring accurate information
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
