What You’ll Do
- Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly and professionally
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently (within brand time standards)
- Verify identification and payment method in compliance with hotel policies
- Recognize and thank Marriott Bonvoy Elite members for their loyalty
- Offer enrollment to non-members
- Offer room details discreetly and maintain guest privacy
- Offer luggage assistance and provide hotel orientation when appropriate
- Resolve guest concerns with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain seamless communication with all hotel departments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Opera, Lightspeed, or similar PMS systems preferred
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and business attire required
