The Store (Centennial Location) - Operations Assistant

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid the Operations Manager and Operations Director in ensuring The Store operates smoothly.
• Distribute food and supplies to customers and assist in loading deliveries into storage locations.
• Work with the volunteer coordinator to orient volunteers and assist them in completing tasks.
• Oversee volunteers during restocking, inventory, and shopping hours, offering assistance and guidance.
• Serve as a point of contact for the volunteer shift leader and other volunteers.
• Assist customers during shopping to provide a positive experience.
• Restock shelves as needed during shopping hours.
• Take inventory of food and non-food items as necessary to inform future ordering and restocking.

Qualifications

• Must have FWS Award to apply.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Relevant training or certification in food safety (helpful).
• Valid driver’s license (helpful).
• Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.
