About the role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve dispute resolution processes and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on labour regulations and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in labour dispute resolution, legal casework, or employment relations.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
