The Ride Platform - Product Marketing Specialist
About The Role
The Ride Platform, Inc. is the parent company of Outdoorsy, Ride, Wheelbase, and Roamly. We build end-to-end for the Operator Economy: the marketplaces to book (Outdoorsy, Ride), the enterprise SaaS to manage (Wheelbase), and the insurtech (Roamly) to protect the assets people turn into businesses. We enable millions of people to explore the world while helping independent operators build generational wealth. Our mission is to build the essential infrastructure for the mobility economy.
About The Ride Platform
Ride is a platform that connects operators and renters for various modes of transportation. It leverages AI to enhance the user experience and aligns with the broader mission of building the essential infrastructure for the mobility economy.

Segmentation & Personas: Define and maintain the segments and personas that guide our marketing and sales efforts.
Go-to-Market & Launches: Direct a repeatable, tiered launch process for new products, features, and market expansions. Quarterback cross-functional GTM efforts.

Competitive Intelligence & Win/Loss: Track the field, including insurtech and marketplaces. Run win/loss interviews and turn the results into positioning and enablement.
Pricing & Packaging Narrative: Partner with Product and Finance on packaging, tiering, and willingness-to-pay. Craft the story around our pricing.
Voice of Customer & Research: Lead a standing research agenda. Through interviews, surveys, and data, ensure our positioning remains grounded in real customer needs.
