In this hands-on role, you’ll combine everyday retail associate responsibilities with keyholder duties and inventory support—helping guests find the perfect products while keeping the store organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests & Drive Sales
  • Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
  • Ask questions, listen to guests’ needs, and recommend apparel, gear, and accessories that enhance their time outdoors.
  • Learn our brands and products so you can confidently explain features, fit, and benefits.
  • Assist guests with sizing, fitting rooms, product availability, and special requests.
  • Support store sales goals through attentive service and thoughtful product recommendations.
  • Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and gift cards accurately through Lightspeed POS, following store policies.
  • Answer phone inquiries and help resolve guest concerns, involving leadership when needed.
• Lead the Floor
  • Serve as a trusted keyholder, opening and closing the store with confidence and accountability.
  • Support teammates during shifts and help maintain excellent guest service.
  • Follow cash-handling, register reconciliation, and store security procedures.
  • Set a positive example through dependability, initiative, and follow-through.
• Own the Back of House
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean, organized stockrooms so products are easy to locate.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly ticketed, tagged, and ready for the sales floor.
  • Assist with inventory counts and communicate damaged items or discrepancies.
• Keep the Store Guest-Ready
  • Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive, organized displays.
  • Fold apparel, return fitting-room items, and keep shelves and racks neat throughout the day.
  • Assist with merchandising updates, signage, and seasonal product changes.
  • Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and fitting rooms clean and inviting.

  • Communicate guest feedback, product needs, and operational concerns to leadership.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Retail experience preferred (keyholder or leadership experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills—you love systems, order, and getting things done right
• Comfortable with physical tasks including receiving shipments, stocking product, and lifting up to 35 lbs
• Confident communicator who can lead a shift and support a team
• Detail-oriented and dependable—you take ownership and follow through
• A positive, “all hands on deck” mindset
