About the role
The right candidate will be paid $12.50 an hour for 10 hours a week (hours include commute time). Duties include selling print and digital ads for The Echo, a 151-year old weekly newspaper in Oglethorpe County, and its special sections. Other duties include delivering weekly papers to local businesses and maintaining established business relationships with contacts, creating monthly house ads, selling print and digitals, helping to create feature pages and ad campaigns alongside the business and marketing managers, and other duties as assigned. To assist the business and marketing managers at The Oglethorpe Echo.
