Project Brief

Turn an event into a movement. The summit needed to address a serious national issue while remaining clear, aspirational, and useful for school districts with different local needs. The identity system had to balance urgency and professionalism: strong enough to feel like a shared platform, flexible enough for districts to adopt and localize.

Identity System

A shared platform for change. The system centered on representation, empowerment, and community — giving districts a campaign language that could carry recruitment, programming, and long-term engagement. Built to scale. Designed to belong.

The campaign extended into event templates, sponsorship materials, host presentations, recruitment messaging, and district-ready communications.

Event System

Promotional materials created a consistent public face for local host districts.

Sponsor Materials

Sponsorship assets translated the mission into clear opportunities for support.

Presentation System

Decks and communication materials helped leaders explain, recruit, and align teams.

Result

Unified message. Local momentum. The campaign positioned the summit as more than an event: a scalable platform districts could use to advance recruitment, representation, and professional community. The system gave the initiative a unified national message while leaving room for local adaptation, sponsorship, and long-term engagement.
