The INN Internship
About the Role
The INN provides opportunities to engage many unreached people groups and navigate the cultural and social intricacies found in cross-cultural ministry while still living in your own passport country. Each INN site varies in size, strategy, and cultures represented, but shares a singular goal: to see churches planted among the unreached.
Interns will observe firsthand how teams work together to share the gospel and plant churches. Through the International Neighbor Network, you’ll experience on-field church-planting right from your home country by engaging unreached peoples via relationship-building, cross-cultural ministry outreach (ESOL, Discovery Bible Studies, etc.), church gatherings, and other opportunities.
As an INN intern, you can expect daily hands-on cross-cultural ministry opportunities alongside real-time training in effective ministry strategies.
