We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule maybe. Must include only sections with real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role: The first paragraph describing role: "The Hollywood Reporter is seeking a highly organized, proactive Production Associate to support our Video and Social teams..." etc. That's about the role.
- Responsibilities: The list under "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings: Production Coordination, Crew, Contracts & Payments, Footage & Asset Management, Post-Production & Deliverables, Social & Editorial Production Support, Rights, Releases & Production Documentation, Team & Department Support. We need to output as
- items. Should we keep subheadings? Probably not required; we can just list each bullet as
- . But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could keep subheadings as part of
- text.
- Requirements: The "Qualifications" section includes qualifications list. Also there is "The Ideal Candidate" paragraph maybe part of qualifications? It describes ideal candidate. Could be part of Qualifications or separate section? The instruction: Use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have both Requirements and Qualifications. The posting has "Qualifications" list and also "The Ideal Candidate" narrative. Could treat "Requirements" as the bullet list of qualifications? Or "Qualifications" as the list. We need to decide.
We have "Qualifications" heading in the posting. Then after that there is "The Ideal Candidate" paragraph. Then after that there is schedule info: "As The Hollywood Reporter values in-person collaboration... employees work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week, with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. This position is based in Los Angeles." That's schedule/location.
Then Pay: "A good faith estimate of the salary range is $70K - $75k upon hire. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role."
Then Benefits: "The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits. PMC is committed to the health and wellness of our employees. As part of our company-wide rollout of PMC’s paid healthcare plan, for this role the company pays 100% of the monthly health, dental and vision plan premiums for the employee and their family. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment."
Then later: "It’s All About You… PMC's comprehensive benefits package is thoughtfully designed to support every aspect of your life, empowering you to thrive both personally and professionally. We offer PMC-Paid Healthcare with no employee paycheck contributions on medical, dental, and vision for you and your family. PMC also offers Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care & Commuter), an Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, and a 401(k) Retirement Plan with an Employer match. Employees are also eligible to take advantage of company discounts and perks including Pet Insurance, Home & Auto Insurance, Mortgage discounts, and a variety of other savings on wellness, lifestyle, and financial essentials. As part of PMC's dedication to consistently meet employee’s needs, we are currently launching a new Flexible Vacation Policy."
Thus benefits details.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have:
- About the role (first paragraph(s) up to before "Key Responsibilities").
- Responsibilities (list of duties). We'll combine all bullet points under responsibilities.
- Qualifications (the bullet list under "Qualifications").
- Benefits (the detailed benefits description).
- Pay (salary range).
- Schedule (onsite four days a week, remote one day, based in Los Angeles).
We might also include Requirements? The posting didn't have a separate "Requirements" heading besides Qualifications. Could we treat Qualifications as Requirements? But we have both headings allowed. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one Qualifications section. But instruction: Use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't say we must use all; we can choose. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Could we merge Pay and Benefits? Probably keep separate as they are distinct.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, etc. The posting includes some legal-ish statements: "If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary..." That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also "If you have more or less experience than specified on this job posting, please apply and list your salary expectations." That's application instruction; remove. Also "It’s All About You…" is part of benefits description; we can keep as it's substantive benefits.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the description of benefits, pay, schedule, etc.
