The Grand - Security Officer
Brief Description
A typical day might include greeting guests, checking identification, enforcing dress codes, monitoring alcohol consumption, promoting the company, handling situations, and ensuring safety.
Requirements
- At least 1 year previous security experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage environment and/or nightclub
- Pass Big Night Entertainment Group's requirements in regards to legal background check
- TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification is preferred and will be required if chosen for the position
- Present a neat and professional appearance
- Communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public, and co-workers
- Demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
- Have flexibility with schedule which includes availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Proven ability to de-escalate issues
