The Crossings of Willmar: Culinary Server (full/part-time AM)

Position

The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking Culinary Servers to join their team.

Hourly Wage

$17.50/hour - $22.50/hour, depending on experience

Service Area

2103 9th St SE, Willmar, MN 56201

Schedule

• Option 1, 0.8 FTE - Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday / Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
• Option 2, 0.3 FTE - Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday / Week 2: Sunday and Thursday

Position Duties & Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being. Duties include:

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room
• Serve and bus trays
• Pour and cover beverages
• Auxiliary in preparing and covering food
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a senior living setting
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees
• Advanced computer skills
