About the Role
Organize and mobilize supporters to advance the Committee for the First Amendment’s political agenda.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to engage and energize supporters in campaigns and events.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including elected officials, community leaders, and activists.
Coordinate fundraising efforts and manage donor relationships.
Manage volunteer recruitment and training programs.
Monitor and report on campaign progress and outcomes.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in organizing, preferably in a political context.
Strong understanding of progressive politics and social justice issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, or related field.
Experience working with diverse communities and constituencies.
Knowledge of digital organizing tools and platforms.
