    • Cookordinate with departments to collect, validate, consolidate, and review data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Design, develop, and automate dashboards, analytical reports, and recurring MIS packs using approved tools and databases.
    • Maintain MIS databases, data repositories, and reporting systems to ensure smooth operations, secure access, and reliable data availability.
    • Analyze business trends, operational KPIs, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual work, improve turnaround time, and enhance overall data quality.
    • Work closely with IT, Finance, HR, Academics, Operations, and regional teams to understand and deliver reporting requirements.
    • Ensure data confidentiality, access control, and compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
    • Troubleshoot MIS and reporting issues, coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution, and guide end-users on reporting tools.
