The Beach Club Tennis Attendant

About the role

Assist in court maintenance, retail, and tennis lesson reservations at our Racquet Club and guests’ activities at The Beach Club. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service at all times.

Essential Duties

• Assist with court maintenance to include raking/watering courts, keeping trash cans emptied, etc.
• Interact with guests to assist with racquet repair, lesson reservations
• Provide information on Beach Club services and special events as needed.
• Use problem resolution skills to insure guest needs are met.
• Greet and offer assistance to guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain work and court area in a clean, neat manner.
• Assist with tennis lessons, etc. as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and energetic to maintain excitement with the guests.
• Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
• Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work in outside (hot), inclement weather conditions

Compensation

$14.00 per hour

Paid Internship Program
