The Beach Club Restaurant Server

Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matching THE BEACH CLUB RESTAURANT SERVER Servers create a guest-oriented dining experience to include taking/serving orders, collecting payment, clearing/re-setting tables and interacting with guests. Essential Duties: Provide top-quality customer service to guestsPrep & set up server stationsTake orders and prepare drinksUse the POS system to ring orders, print checks and collect paymentBe knowledgeable of bar and food menus/servicesMaintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor dining areaBus tables and restock condiments as neededCheck identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.Balance checks at end of shift.Make reasonable efforts (such as checking id’s, cutting guests off, etc.) to limit issues and liability related to serving alcohol.Clean server area, work areas, and tables.Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills: Prior server experience a plusMust possess excellent communication skillsMust possess excellent customer service skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for entire shiftMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel as neededMust be able to carry up to 25 lbsMust be able to work outside as needed
