About the role

Randi Levin Coaching is seeking individuals who are passionate about personal transformation, empowerment, and guiding others through life transitions. This role involves coaching clients, delivering keynote speeches, and contributing to publications and workshops focused on reinvention, legacy-building, and overcoming personal barriers.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through transitional phases of life, helping them identify and overcome personal obstacles.
• Develop and deliver keynote speeches and workshops on topics such as reinvention, legacy-building, and personal growth.
• Create transformational tools, resources, and content (e.g., PDFs, articles, and actionable strategies) for clients and audiences.
• Contribute to national publications, podcasts, and platforms like Huffington Post and Thrive Global as a featured expert.
• Facilitate group workshops and sessions, some of which may be featured in high-profile outlets like The Wall Street Journal.
• Support clients in asking and answering powerful questions to drive personal and professional growth.
• Inspire and empower individuals, particularly women, to live their legacy and pursue their goals without fear or excuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field (e.g., life coaching, career coaching, or transitional strategy).
• Strong background in personal development, reinvention, or empowerment, with a focus on mid-life transitions.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful keynote speeches and workshops.
• Published work or contributions to reputable platforms (e.g., articles, blogs, podcasts, or books).
• Certification in coaching (e.g., CPC—Certified Professional Coach) is a plus.
• Ability to create actionable tools and resources for clients (e.g., workbooks, PDFs, or step-by-step guides).
