Job Summary

Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire, ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist clients with daily non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands. Each care plan is tailored to each client's individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily non-medical personal care tasks such as showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation for medical appointments and errands.
• Tailor care plans to meet each client's unique needs.
• Ensure clients maintain their independence and quality of life in their homes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle sensitive situations.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Ability to follow established care plans.
