Responsibilities

• Knock on 50–70 doors per day in assigned neighborhoods, introducing Weathervane Home Services and the Mass Save / NH Saves programs
• Engage homeowners in conversation about their home comfort and energy costs
• Educate residents on available rebates, incentives, and no-cost/low-cost energy efficiency upgrades
• Schedule qualified in-home energy assessments
• Work with your team and sales staff to ensure smooth handoff of appointments
• Track daily activity and appointments using our simple company system
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
• Represent Weathervane professionally while having fun in the field

Requirements

• Comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers (previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a big plus)
• Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude
• Ability to walk several miles per day outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to travel up to 1 hour to assigned territories

Physical Requirements

• Walk 4–7 miles per day
• Stand for extended periods
• Work comfortably in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions

Pay

From $25.00 per hour plus commissions, bonuses, and accelerators. Top performers routinely earn $800 – $1,200+ per week.
