About the role

Responsibilities

• Accept appointments on an as-needed basis
• Provide accurate interpretation appropriate to the setting and audience
• Act as a liaison using the client's preferred language
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality of medical information, including HIPAA

Requirements

• Interpreting certifications are preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of medical interpreting experience
• A minimum of 3 years of interpreting experience
• Ability to keep accurate records

Candidates must live within commuting distance of Memphis, TN.
