Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Adheres to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations
- Maintains integrity of Table Games activity
- Approves and oversees count table inventory at the beginning and end of shifts
- Facilitates replenishment of chips
- Instructs personnel on table assignment
- Ensures application and/or compliance of federal currency reporting requirements
- Handles minor guest complaints
- Affords assistance with gaming operations
- Provides excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years Table Games experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in card room operations, to include but be limited to experience as a Dealer and Floor Supervisor
- Possesses the ability to differentiate Cheque color and appropriate values of each
- Communicates in English
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises the dealers
- Planner, assigner, and director of work
- Gives input on performance appraisal
- Rewarding and disciplining employees per approved Casino policies
- Addresses complaints and resolves problems
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties
- Walk up to 1 mile, climb stairs, sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
- Work in a smoke filled environment
- Typically housed in an office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment
- Grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis
- Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
