TG Asst. Shift Manager (36369)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adheres to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations
• Maintains integrity of Table Games activity
• Approves and oversees count table inventory at the beginning and end of shifts
• Facilitates replenishment of chips
• Instructs personnel on table assignment
• Ensures application and/or compliance of federal currency reporting requirements
• Handles minor guest complaints
• Affords assistance with gaming operations
• Provides excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years Table Games experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in card room operations, to include but be limited to experience as a Dealer and Floor Supervisor
• Possesses the ability to differentiate Cheque color and appropriate values of each
• Communicates in English

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the dealers
• Planner, assigner, and director of work
• Gives input on performance appraisal
• Rewarding and disciplining employees per approved Casino policies
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties
• Walk up to 1 mile, climb stairs, sit at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift
• Work in a smoke filled environment
• Typically housed in an office environment
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment
• Grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis
• Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone
