TFS Work Mngmt Coord Sr

About the Role

Assist higher level employees in their role as TFS scheduler. Support the scheduling of pre-determined work activities for Transmission field personnel. Collect and enter data, and maintain front-end loaded schedules as well as completed, resource-loaded schedules to optimize maintenance work plans, capital work plans, and other TFS work activities.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of others, assist with the development of fully integrated, resource-loaded, and levelized TFS work schedules using Transmission-approved scheduling software and tools.
• Comply with the Outage Coordination Procedure and all RTO guidelines.
• Participate in meetings with project, outage, construction, maintenance, operations, and commissioning groups.
• Assist with TFS outage requests, including entering outages into iTOA/OSI or its successor database.
• Organize, coordinate, and attend supporting areas' outage coordination meetings.
• Assist higher level employees in coordinating changes to the work schedule when an outage needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
• Assist in the development, review, and presentation of statistical reports related to work scheduling, adherence, and crew utilization.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings with other sections/departments covering scheduling, staffing, and outages.
• Develop professionalism, safety practices, and a positive culture; demonstrate good teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Perform all duties safely and in compliance with Company safety policies and rules.
• Become familiar with planning, scheduling techniques, and software upgrades.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field such as Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• OR Associate’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• OR High school diploma or vocational training with 4 years of utility field experience.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or Management) may qualify with at least 2 years of maintenance work scheduling, construction project scheduling, or other relevant utility experience.
• Utility field experience may include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C, Transmission engineering, Transmission or Distribution dispatch, or maintenance/construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience (strongly preferred).
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Some travel required; must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision, and a good communicator.

Pay

Compensation Range: $63,496.00 – $109,543.00

Physical Demands

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may include walking or standing for brief periods.
