We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: Pay: $16.45/Hr. Your pay could increase based on the amount of textiles you can produce each hour.* So we have Pay info. Also mention Daily Pay benefit. Also mention benefits: Full-Time employees eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. Also paid time off: vacation, sick, holiday, floating holiday, jury duty, bereavement leave. Also retirement plan contributions. Also Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer. Also mention E-Verify, Safe & Drug-free Workplace (these might be considered boilerplate? They are legal/EEO? Possibly we should drop them as they are legal boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So E-Verify and Safe & Drug-free Workplace likely considered legal boilerplate; we should drop them. Also mention "This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! We’ve partnered with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit to offer employees access to their pay on their own schedule." That's a benefit. Also mention "Job Summary" etc. We need sections: maybe About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Qualifications (Education, Experience, Other), Benefits (benefits listed), Pay (pay rate), maybe Schedule (must be able to work a varied schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed with occasional overtime). That's schedule info. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

    Associate I, Textiles Production

. Use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. - About the role: could use Job Summary paragraph. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: maybe Qualifications section includes Education, Experience, Other. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe we can combine Education/Experience/Other under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can extract skills like attention to detail, ability to make decisions, ability to use basic technologies, ability to use good judgement, ability to use dolly and pallet jack, ability to communicate effectively. Could be a Skills section. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Pay: pay rate and Daily Pay. - Schedule: varied schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, occasional overtime. We must avoid duplication. Also we must not include boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's generic but maybe part of Qualifications? It's a standard statement; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but it's about accommodations. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about accommodations, not exactly EEO. Might be okay to keep but could be considered generic. Safer to drop? It's not substantive detail about the job; it's a standard statement. I'd drop it. Also drop "Job duties may extend beyond the tasks listed and may include additional responsibilities as required." That's generic; maybe drop. Also drop "This position has minimum production quotas each day." That's substantive? It's a detail about production quotas; we could include under Responsibilities. Also drop "Knowledge of clothing brands and quality is a plus!" That's a skill/qualification. Also drop "Please tell us about your availability! Do you have a passion for fashion? We are looking for an optimistic, fast paced candidate with drive to meet daily goals and be part of a strong team!" That's fluff; maybe drop as it's not substantive? It's about desired traits; could be considered Skills? But it's vague. Might drop. Also drop "Application deadline:9/30/2026" - that's metadata; we could fold into a short

maybe but instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Application deadline is minor metadata; we could include in a short

at top? But they said preserve ALL substantive information; is deadline substantive? It's not about job duties; it's application info. Might be considered not substantive; but they said preserve ALL substantive information; deadline is not about job content. I'd drop it. Also drop "Physical Requirements" section? That's substantive but maybe we can include under Requirements? However they said we can use sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes those specific ones; we should not create other headings. So we should not create a Physical Requirements heading. We could incorporate physical demands into Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? But it's not a duty; it's a requirement. Could be under Requirements as a list. But we need to decide if we want to include that detail. It's substantive; we could include under Requirements as a list. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use Requirements heading. Under Requirements we can include education, experience, other, physical requirements. That seems okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    Pay

Starting pay: $16.45 per hour, with potential increases based on the amount of textiles produced each hour.

    Schedule

Varied schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, with occasional overtime.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made...". We omitted that. Also omitted "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Good. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check for any placeholder text: none. Check for any missing substantive info: We included job summary, responsibilities, requirements (education, experience, other, physical demands), benefits, pay, schedule. We omitted "Knowledge of clothing brands and quality is a plus!" Could be added under Skills or Requirements as a plus. But we didn't include a Skills section; we could add a Skills section to capture that and other skills like attention to detail etc. However we already included attention to detail etc under Requirements. Could move some to Skills. But we already have a Requirements section with many items; it's okay. We omitted "This position has minimum production quotas each day." We included "Meet minimum daily production quotas." Good. We omitted "This position processes donated clothing into inventory to be sold on the sales floor." That's covered in job summary. We omitted "The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service." Included. We omitted "Follow all retail center policies and procedures." Included. We omitted "Follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers." Included. We omitted "Cross-train as needed in other departments and areas when
