Crown Homes Real Estate is expanding into Texas, and we're looking to connect with motivated real estate agents who want to grow alongside a modern, agent-focused brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable, long-term businesses with the right tools, guidance, and support
• Participate in weekly training opportunities and ongoing mentorship and business coaching
• Stay organized, market effectively, and operate efficiently using streamlined tools and systems
• Work remotely from anywhere in Texas while having the option to collaborate in person if you're in the DFW area
• Collaborate with fellow agents to build a supportive and collaborative culture
• Enjoy a competitive commission structure designed to reward agents for the business they build
