Responsibilities

• Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance instructional practices
• Analyze student performance data to inform coaching strategies and ensure targeted support
• Build strong relationships with educators and foster open lines of communication
• Commitment to problem-solving and customer-centricity to guide your approach

Requirements

• A deep understanding of Texas educational standards for bilingual and English learner programs
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to inspire and support educators in their instructional practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with teaching staff and foster a culture of teamwork
• Bilingual
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to evaluate student performance and inform coaching strategies
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms to deliver effective training sessions and workshops
• A strong problem-solving mindset to navigate challenges and implement innovative solutions
