TEXAS - AUSTIN (NORTH AUSTIN) Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Requirements

• Active Texas LVN License in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings
• Certified BLS/CPR
• Pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians
• Auxiliary tasks such as wound care and implementation of patient care plans
• Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines
• Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements
