About the role
We offer our Psychologists flexible work schedules, including full-time and part-time options (20 hours per week or more) that allow you to set your own schedule. We also offer a hybrid model where you can work entirely in an outpatient setting, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to professional ethics and standards.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Minnesota.
- PhD or PsyD degree in Psychology.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychological theories and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Compensation range: $146k - $193k, based on productivity.
