About the role

We offer our Psychologists flexible work schedules, including full-time and part-time options (20 hours per week or more) that allow you to set your own schedule. We also offer a hybrid model where you can work entirely in an outpatient setting, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to professional ethics and standards.

Requirements

  • Must be fully licensed in Minnesota.
  • PhD or PsyD degree in Psychology.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychological theories and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Pay

Compensation range: $146k - $193k, based on productivity.
