About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the Rhode Island healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand neurodiversity-focused services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth in the neurodiversity space.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and strategies for neurodiversity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to neurodiversity services.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in provider network development and/or neurodiversity services.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
