About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the Rhode Island healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand neurodiversity-focused services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth in the neurodiversity space.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and strategies for neurodiversity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to neurodiversity services.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in provider network development and/or neurodiversity services.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
