About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and retaining healthcare providers who are committed to neurodiversity inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
  • Identify and evaluate potential providers based on their commitment to neurodiversity inclusion and clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on provider selection criteria and strategic goals.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively serve the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to neurodiversity in healthcare.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or neurodiversity-related roles.
  • Experience working with organizations focused on neurodiversity and inclusion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare delivery.
  • Understanding of healthcare policy and regulations relevant to neurodiversity.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
