Testing Psychologist - Contract (1099) - Alaska

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support individuals with neurodiversity. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential providers who can offer services to individuals with neurodiversity
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers to ensure quality service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider offerings with organizational goals
• Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in neurodiversity services
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or related field
• Experience working with individuals with neurodiversity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Experience with contract management and negotiation
