About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support individuals with neurodiversity. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and offers a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential providers who can offer services to individuals with neurodiversity
- Develop and maintain relationships with providers to ensure quality service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to align provider offerings with organizational goals
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in neurodiversity services
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or related field
- Experience working with individuals with neurodiversity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Experience with contract management and negotiation
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
