Requirements

• 13+ years of total experience.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of one year working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including EECM in a Health and Human Service setting.
• More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Tester.
• More than seven (7) years of work experience in quality assurance, managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization, while reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.

Skills

• At least seven (7) years of work experience developing testing products including test plans, test cases, automated test scripts and defect reporting documentation.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with defect tracking and test planning tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins or HP Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in java scripting or related programming languages within the context of developing automated test script solutions.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience with creating reports and dashboards for test metrics using Jira or other tool.
