Personal Information Collected During the Hiring Process
Circet USA collects personal information from its applicants and employees. Personal Information collected includes:
- Identifiers,
- Personal Information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)),
- Professional or employment-related information, and
- Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law.
Circet USA obtains the categories of personal information listed directly from its applicants and employees and their agents. For example, from documents and online forms completed throughout the hiring process.
Use of Collected Personal Information
Circet USA may use the collected personal information for various employment-related functions including, but not limited to:
- Benefits,
- 401k retirement plans,
- Payroll,
- Life insurance,
- KGPCo/Circet USA’s security alerts system, and
- Customer building and security access, where applicable.
Collected information is provided to third parties only to the extent necessary to provide their services.
