Test Tank Operator 2 NEX

About the role

Operate and control pressurized systems and test functionality of all field equipment. Safely spot and rig up/down equipment into test stands consistent with company operating standards. Inspect and identify equipment deficiencies during testing and communicate findings to maintenance personnel. Support maintenance staff in troubleshooting and correcting defects.

Follow predetermined inspection and testing criteria as outlined in testing procedures. Utilize designated business systems to document test results and work performed. Perform pre-trip/DOT inspections to ensure road readiness of equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance on test stand facilities, ensuring proper functionality of associated equipment and maintaining good housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control pressurized systems and test field equipment functionality.
• Safely rig up/down equipment into test stands following company operating standards.
• Inspect equipment for deficiencies and report to maintenance personnel.
• Assist maintenance staff in troubleshooting and correcting defects.
• Adhere to inspection and testing criteria outlined in testing procedures.
• Document test results and work performed using designated business systems.
• Perform pre-trip/DOT inspections to ensure equipment road readiness.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on test stand facilities and maintain good housekeeping.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of Frac experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to operate forklifts, manlifts, and Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs).
• Basic understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in operating all company field equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn company-specific business systems.
