About the role
The role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in creating and leading a comprehensive, end-to-end Test Strategy that combines technical and business testing.
Responsibilities
- Create a Test strategy for large-scale implementations.
- Prepare executive reports for C-Level executives.
- Develop and lead a unified Test Strategy combining both technical and business testing.
- Exhibit diligence, proactive communication, and the capability to guide all participants through every assurance phase.
- Deliver updates directly to the senior leadership team, ensuring key stakeholders remain informed.
- Ensure the Test Strategy is comprehensive, fully resourced across all streams, and remains within budget.
- Produce a clear, actionable approach and a detailed end-to-end plan without exception.
- Drive a rigorous Stage Gate Process, establish clear criteria for every project phase, including preparation, cut-over, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live validation.
- Oversee all aspects of Test Management execution, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues or defects.
- Provide regular, clear reporting at Steering Committees and Senior Forums to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Serve as the primary contact for any end-to-end Testing concerns, working closely with the Programme Leader to drive prompt, effective solutions.
Requirements
- Substantial, hands-on experience in testing and implementation assurance, not just basic Test Management or short-term projects.
