Core Functions / Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and tear down the test architecture of various systems and sub-systems.
- Execute test procedures, analyze test results, and generate final test documentation.
- Generate test scripts within systems to support execution of test procedures.
- Participate in the development of Test Plans and Test Procedures.
- This includes identifying test objectives and determining methods of evaluation.
- Decompose test requirements from various systems and interface specifications to test specific capabilities of a system.
- Apply standard troubleshooting techniques and utilize common data analysis tools to support the validation, root-cause and troubleshooting of issues observed or documented during testing.
- Review and generate required test reports and/or Trouble Report Retest Status (TRRS), and provide to the Project Lead.
- Oversee data collection, preliminary data analysis, data removal, data transfer, provide any data analysis information for Test Observation Reports (TORs), and reach back support, as needed.
- Leading and mentoring test team members.
- Lead a team of operators and analysts, managing daily activities including test development, test execution, test analysis and reporting.
- Track team activities related to test events.
- Cook up and schedule for test events, collaborating with cross functional test teams and lab environments.
- Work closely with project management and customers to ensure the coordination of testing activities and project schedule.
Skills & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of: Common terminology within the scope of the program.
- Test and Evaluation Methodologies.
- Techical Writing.
- Troubleshooting.
- Standard computer-based business tools (including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Data collection and plan development, to support analysis objectives.
- The development of data logs, matrixes and tables to support in assessing the effort.
Education & Certifications
- GED and/or equivalent years of experience.
- Preferred (BS STEM Degree).

Work Schedule
- 9/80.
PAY RANGE
- $100,000.00 to $ $125,000.00 annually, DOE.
WORK SCHEDULE
- The ability to work non-standard work hours and schedules in support of project requirements.
SALARY
- $100000 - $125000 per year.
