Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, application window, privacy, etc.
Check for duplicated content: We used company description only once.
Check for any mention of "Take a quick look at the area in this short video." That's not substantive; we removed.
Check for "Take a quick look at this short video from an independent content creator..." removed.
Check for "As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process..." removed.
Check for "RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days..." removed.
Check for "Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to..." we used benefits list; we kept that.
Check for "Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement." That's somewhat generic; we could keep as note but it's somewhat generic. Might be considered boilerplate? It's still substantive about benefits dependency. Could include as a sentence in benefits section. But we already have a note about incentive compensation eligibility dependent on position level and collective-bargaining coverage. Could add a sentence: "Specific benefits vary by business unit and collective‑bargaining coverage." That's not placeholder. Let's add a after the list.
But the instruction: Use
for prose. So we can add a paragraph.
Also we might want to include note about "Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement." Already included.
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also mentions "The Test Solutions (TS) Center within the Hardware Engineering Discipline is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing Production and Engineering test equipment (TE) solutions for all Raytheon products. We are hands-on designers using the latest technologies and tools to integrate state-of-the-art test solutions. TS products are utilized in engineering labs, foreign and domestic depots, and in production testing environments utilized for tactical products. TS has work opportunities across all phases of the engineering lifecycle, including demonstrations, early engineering tests, design verification tests, production, and post-production sustainment." This is substantive about the team and could go under About the role or Responsibilities? It describes the organization. Could be part of About the role. Let's incorporate a paragraph about TS Center.
Add to About the role after company description maybe.
Also mention "The selected candidate will support and drive the development of capital execution rigor and long-range planning for engineering and operations capital. You will establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with your team to ensure alignment with the department and directorate." That's also responsibilities; we could add to responsibilities list.
Also "Take a quick look at the area in this short video." removed.
Also "At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression." Already covered.
Also "We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat." Already.
Also "Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world
