Test Security Associate

About the role

Position Summary: The Test Security Associate will be responsible for various aspects of test security under the direction of the Manager of Test Security. The Associate will work in cooperation with others in the Office of Test Security to ensure that test security processes are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions
• Perform the administrative work of the Office of Test Security to ensure test security activities are completed on schedule
• Maintain the Test Security email inbox, corresponding with candidates in a sensitive and timely manner
• Assist in processing test taker violations and issuing applicable notification
• Assist in the administration of investigations regarding security incidents involving test takers
• Assist in administrating the score challenge process (QTSRB)
• Assist and maintain reports to internal stakeholders of the Office of Test Security's activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in test security, compliance, investigations, operations, education, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with
