Test Rack Coordinator (Crew 1 Sun/Wed 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Cook up the movement of units going into and out of the testing areas.
• Collaborate with production leads when non-conforming units need additional support from manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate records of units received from production and units currently in the testing area on a daily basis.
• Ensure units are staged in the most efficient and organized manner to support continuous testing operations.
• Collaborate with production and management teams to help meet daily production targets.
• Cook up and assign units to appropriate test racks based on priority, availability, and testing requirements.
• Provide regular updates to management on testing progress, delays, and overall status.
• Aid in coordinating on ordering parts when needed.

Education And Experience Requirements

• A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English language.
