Responsibilities
- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies and/or final systems.
- Follows test process instructions (TPI).
- Determines test specifications, methods and procedures from statement of work (SOW).
- Completes rework on assemblies and/or final systems.
- Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
- May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets and databases
- Familiarity with computer components and handling
- Able to regularly lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for a prolonged period
- Able to work on ladders or stools
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience with software testing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience with software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
